would go back in flash
The room had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a comfortable sofa bed. Loved the spa with its steam room, hot tub, and indoor pool. Breakfast featured a variety including a cool pancake maker. The staff was helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. The parking arrangement was convenient too.

amazing city strolls through beautiful parks and landmarks nearby
During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Mote Park, which made for a perfect weekend walk, and I enjoyed visiting nearby attractions like the Maidstone Museum and Bentlif Art Gallery, which added a touch of culture to my trip. as a solo traveler, the spacious King Deluxe Room provided comfort after a day of exploring. While the experience was great overall, it would have been nice if the room faced the courtyard for less noise.

Family with children will enjoy this
Had a really nice stay at the hotel. They had a fry up breakfast and it was just amazing I’m talking eggs, bacon, the works. Kids loved the pool too, clean and good size, we really had a fun time.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but you can’t win em all.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious room and the tasty breakfast selection with plenty of options. The hotel had a comforting spa where I tried the sauna and steam room, which helped me unwind perfectly. The only downside was that the room could get a bit warm without A/C, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker! 😊

The charming decor of the lobby had a vintage feel that reminded me of a cozy tea party, and the accessible layout made it easy for me to wander around without feeling rushed or flustered.
More seating options in communal areas would help.

Just a balanced option for a speedy visit in Maidstone with great value for the money. The staff gave us complimentary water after a long day at a wedding, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to check for parking charges before arriving.

I loved the spacious Standard Double Room I stayed in. The room had a kettle and fridge, which made it super convenient. The beds were comfy, perfect for a restful night. Breakfast was a highlight, with a massive selection of fresh options. Staff greeted me warmly, making my experience enjoyable. the decor felt a bit dated, and the furniture could use some refreshing. The bathroom, though spacious, had some worn fixtures. I faced a long wait at check-in, which was frustrating during a busy time. I appreciated the nice patio area, but it needed more seating for relaxation.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! The spa area was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the kids' amenities with fun activities. The breakfast spread was fantastic too! Just a head's up, parking is an extra five bucks, but totally worth it for the experience.
One downside was the service at the bar. we had to wait quite a while for someone to help us and they were out of white rum. Not what you expect for a nice night out.
